Account Manager

Summary:
We are seeking a top performing Client Services Account Manager with proven results in a fast paced environment to join our organization. The top candidate will possess strong project management, organization and communication skills, and a proven history of digital and social media marketing experience. The Account Manager will act as the key contact for clients, managing the relationship and driving business results through outstanding project and team management. Travel to New York City will be required 1-2 days per week.

• Manage relationship with key clients while managing internal account team
• Work with clients to ensure that all client marketing objectives are met
• Manage, update, and maintain reports of key performance metrics
• Maintain detailed reports from a variety of data sources
• Provide strategic insight into best practices in social media for brand engagement
• Work with existing agency partners
• Uncover and develop opportunities for growth within existing clients

• Minimum 5 years marketing experience in a fast-paced results oriented team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Marketing, Business or related field a must
• Command of marketing fundamentals and ability to apply them to drive business results
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Superior MS Office skills, including expert Excel and Power Point skills
• Must be extremely knowledgeable of social media and web technologies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively
• Must be able to generate sensible, realistic, practical solutions to problems
• Professional, resourceful, organized, driven and results-oriented
