Bluestreak Releases Consumer Research on Emerging Digital Channels Emerging technologies are offering both marketers and consumers an increasing number of channels through which to communicate. Many of these technologies are being utilized by early adopters who are establishing the benchmarks for use and frequency of channel communication, however, a clear understanding of the actual behaviors and attitudes regarding use of each channel has not yet been identified. It seems as though marketers are allocating budgets for multi-channel communication without a clear understanding of the effectiveness and desirability of each channel. To that end, Bluestreak and ROI Research have conducted this study to better understand the current and planned use of these channels as viewed by the consumer.
