ROI Research, Inc.   ROI Research Privacy Policy

ROI Research Inc. strives to conform to the Council of American Survey Research Organizations (CASRO)'s Code of Standards and Ethics for Survey Research, the Direct Marketing Association (DMA)'s , the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)'s Fair Information Practice Principles, and privacy guidelines of countries in both the U.S. and abroad.

Our business is about conducting employee and customer research. Protecting survey respondents' privacy has always been of utmost importance to us. We inform respondents as to the nature of the study and how the data will be used; we discuss length of the interview and assure confidentiality. ROI Research Inc. conducts customer research on behalf of our clients and may provide full disclosure of the study sponsor if necessary. If you are asked personally identifiable information during the survey, you are given the opportunity at that time to opt-in to the sharing of that information with the study sponsor.

As a client, you can be assured your customer information is kept strictly confidential. Security is of utmost concern to us and our software utilizes an embedded, unique ID within the email link, for respondent one-time use. We also guarantee a secure environment for client surveys and data. All information is stored in a single, protected location.

Further, ROI Research Inc. respects an individual's right to privacy and takes every measure to ensure that no personally identifiable information is collected about visitors to our site unless it is voluntarily provided by the user through either email, a request for information, or conference registration. We do not rent or sell any information to third parties.

ROI Research Inc. routinely reviews its security and privacy practices, and improves on them to better protect your privacy.
