Understanding that no two research projects are exactly the same, ROI Research has packaged three separate levels of service offerings based on the complexity of surveys to be conducted. Each level of offering is set by parameters of survey design and include the following services:
- Questionnaire programming
- Testing of questionnaire
- Survey hosting
- Live reporting of frequencies in real time
- Sample sourcing, either ROI or client supplied
- Coding of open ends based on the level of service chosen
Option 1
- 8 minutes or less
- 15 or fewer questions
- Up to 1 Open ended question
- Up to 3 Other specifies
- Up to 2 sets of tabulations
Option 2
- 8 to 12 minutes
- 20 or fewer questions — may include matrix questions
- Up to 2 Open ended question
- Up to 4 Other specifies
- Up to 2 sets of tabulations
Option 3
- 12 to 15 minutes
- 25 or fewer questions — may include matrix questions
- Up to 3 Open ended question
- Up to 6 Other specifies
- Up to 2 sets of tabulations
