Founded in 2002 by professionals trained in the fields of classic market research and statistical modeling, ROI Research believes as much if not more in the power of using data to drive real-world business decisions. Our open infrastructure platform and ROI-focused analysis methodologies allow our clients to take the benefits of quantitative research and apply them to their business to make immediate data-driven decisions that improve the effectiveness of marketing strategies and initiatives.

Scott Haiges

President
Scott is co-founder of ROI Research and has been in the market research business for 15 years, most of which has been spent in online research and digital advertising research initiatives. Scott oversees the sales and operations ends of the business for ROI Research. On a typical day, Scott will be on the phone with key clients, reviewing data in preparation for presentations, discussing research methodologies with the analytical team, and consulting with the sales team on new business pitches. Scott received a bachelor's degree in economics from Wake Forest University

Ed Snider

Vice President
Ed is co-founder of ROI Research and brings to clients a wealth of experience in marketing and research. Ed oversees the analytical and project management teams at ROI Research. Ed is a very hands-on manager and participates in the development of just about every single questionnaire created here at ROI. Once a research project is out of field and the data has been cleaned, Ed weighs in on data analysis, providing direction and insight. Ed received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Gettysburg College.

Christine Kurtz

Director of Analytics
Chrissie has been in the market research business for the last ten years and heads up the project analytic teams for each project at ROI. She oversees projects from development to implementation and reporting. Chrissie is a master at crunching data and gleaning insights from numbers, leveraging her years of experience as a data analyst. Chrissie received a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Albright College.

Ken Lindenau

VP, Business Development
Ken brings over 25 years of sales experience in the marketing and research industry to ROI. Ken is a true sales professional who has exceptional skills at understanding clients' business needs and matching them with the appropriate research methodologies. Ken is continually on the road consulting with clients and introducing ROI Research's capabilities. Ken received a bachelor's degree in marketing from University of Illinois.

Ryan Vandenberg

Director of Technology and Programming
Ryan manages the in-house development of our research technologies and in many cases wrote the code and programmed the foundation for our proprietary systems. Ryan works with his team to ensure the success of project launches, data collection and cleaning and is continually seeking to enhance our offerings. Ryan received a bachelor's degree in computer science from Millersville University.
